Overview
The Care Quality Commission and the Association of Public Health Observations (APHO) have provided the percentage of women giving birth in 2007-08 and were smokers at the time of their delivery in England.
Precision: 93% of LAs have less than or equal to 5% mothers with unknown smoking status and were therefore deemed as having valid prevalence The indicator is based on the mother
