This data was collected by Pikimal. This is a complete list of all 30 active MLB ballparks. The data is up-to-date as of June 1, 2011.

The file contains more than 50 data points for each ballpark, including:

  • BASICS: Address, altitude, website, AL/NL, team name, opening date, architect, naming rights, construction cost, games played, seasons played, turf type, stadium type, food highlight.
  • 2011 PRICES: Average ticket, 2010-2011 percentage change in ticket, average premium ticket, parking, beer, soft drink, hot dog, program, cap, Fan Cost Index (FCI), 2010-2011 percentage change in FCI.
  • ATTENDANCE: capacity, 2010 total attendance, 2010 average attendance, 2010 attendance as percentage of capacity, 2009-2010 percentage change in attendance.
  • PARK DIMENSIONS: 5 outfield distances (L/LC/C/RC/R), 5 outfield wall heights (L/LC/C/RC/R), Distance behind home, foul territory area.
  • 2010 3 YEAR PARK FACTORS: Hits, Singles, Doubles, Triples, Walks, and Strikeouts for lefties, righties and overall. Runs overall.
  • WEATHER: Average high temperatures, low temperatures, and precipitation levels for April, May, June, July, August, and September for each ballpark.
  • COMPOSITE QUALITY SCORE: A composite editorial score combining ratings and rankings from ESPN, Sports Illustrated, BaseballParks.com, and Bleacher Report.
