Overview

This bulletin provides statistics on NHS services for people with severe and enduring mental health problems developed from the Mental Health Minimum Dataset (MHMDS) annual returns.

This publication was formerly announced as “Mental Health Bulletin (experimental) – 2008/09 – experimental statistics from the Mental Health Minimum Dataset” and has changed because it is no longer correct to apply the “experimental” label to the whole publication. However, there are some (new) elements of this publication which are experimental and these are clearly labelled within the publication.
