It includes: Year, Champion’s Name, Car #, Advertising Sponsor, Chassis Manufacturer, Engine Builder, Tyre, WCC (World Constructor’s Champion for that year).

Once at the site, if you click each year, you can expand the information to see details on each race of the season including:

Race number, Date, Which Track, Starters, Laps, Winner, Pole, Qualifying Time, Led Most, Fastest Lap, Points Leader, Average Speed (kph), Lead Changes, Leaders, Lead Lap Cars
