This document includes the following metrics within 1900 – 2009: National Debt, GDP, Debt as a Percentage of GDP, Net Tax Collections, Net Tax Collections as Percentage of GDP, Annual Rate of Inflation, Consumer Price Index, Unemployment Rate, Presidential Election Voter Participation (Percentage of Eligible Population, Number of Republican, Democrat Voters), Senate Majority Party, House Majority Party, Party Affiliation of the President, Presidential Campaign Cost by Party (Democrat and Republican).

NOTE: Dollar figures in 2008 dollars for GDP, National Debt. CPI monthly average per annual, 1982 – ’84=100. Presidential campaign costs for 1972 and 1976 missing from dataset.
